- Mockup Library access — a 12-month license to download mockup files, in two tiers (Personal / Single Brand and Professional / Multi-brand).
- Automation Script — a one-time purchase granting a perpetual license to the purchased version.
Your use of these products is governed by their specific licenses, which form part of these Terms:

4. Purchases, pricing and payment
Prices are shown on the Site in [CURRENCY] and may change at any time; the price in effect at the time of your order applies to that order. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or bank charges not collected at checkout.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers ([e.g. Stripe / PayPal]). We do not store your full payment card details. By purchasing, you agree to the payment provider’s terms in addition to ours.
Library access is sold as a 12-month term. If you purchase an auto-renewing plan, renewal terms and cancellation instructions will be disclosed at checkout and manageable in your account.

5. Delivery and access
Digital products are delivered through your account immediately or shortly after successful payment. It is your responsibility to ensure your system meets the stated requirements (including Adobe Photoshop and supported versions) before purchasing.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, scrape, mirror, or systematically download the Site or its content beyond your license;
- share, resell, or redistribute any product or account access;
- circumvent or attempt to circumvent any access controls, download limits, or file protections;
- upload or transmit malware, or interfere with the operation or security of the Site;
- use the Site or products for unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, or explicit purposes;
- use automated systems to access the Site in a way that burdens our infrastructure.
7. Your content
If you upload artwork, patterns, or other material to the Site, you keep all rights to it. You grant us only the limited permission needed to host and process it in order to provide the service. You confirm you have the rights to any material you upload.
If you submit testimonials, reviews, or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use and display them in connection with our business, unless you tell us otherwise.
8. Intellectual property
The Site and all our products, including mockup files, the automation script, images, text, branding, and layout, are owned by 1001mockups and protected by intellectual property law. Purchasing a product grants a license, not ownership. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
9. Third-party links and software
The Site may link to third-party sites and services (for example our Etsy shop, YouTube channel, or payment providers). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Our products require third-party software (Adobe Photoshop) that we do not control or supply.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the Site available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or any product at any time. Where a product you have already purchased is discontinued, your existing license continues under its own terms.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site or products will meet your requirements, or that they will remain compatible with future versions of third-party software.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including consumer rights that apply to you.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1001mockups will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or files, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or products. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the [12] months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You are responsible for backing up your own files before running the automation script.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 1001mockups against claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms or any product license, or from your misuse of the Site or products.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Site at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or any product license. On termination, licenses granted to you end as described in the relevant product license, and you must delete affected files.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. The Terms in effect at the time of your purchase govern that purchase. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
16. Governing law and disputes
