This Mockup License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“you”, “Licensee”) and 1001mockups (“we”, “us”, “our”), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY / OWNER NAME], [COUNTRY/JURISDICTION]. By purchasing, downloading, or using any mockup file from 1001mockups (the “Mockups”), you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Definitions
- Mockups — the layered PSD mockup files and any related preview or template files made available through 1001mockups, whether accessed via the Mockup Library or purchased individually.
- Mockup Library — the collection of Mockups you receive access to under an annual subscription.
- Your Artwork — the seamless patterns, designs, or other original artwork you own or are licensed to use, which you insert into the Mockups.
- End Product — a final image or visual you create by placing Your Artwork into a Mockup (for example, a product photo, listing image, or marketing visual).
- License Tier — the license level you purchased: Personal / Single Brand or Professional / Multi-brand.
2. Annual Access
Access to the Mockup Library is sold as a 12-month access period, beginning on the date of purchase. During your access period you may download Mockups, including new Mockups added during that period.
Any Mockups you download during a valid access period are yours to keep. You may continue to use them under the terms of your License Tier with no time limit — including creating new End Products — even after your access period ends.
When your access period ends, only your access to new downloads and updates stops: you will no longer be able to download Mockups added after your access expires, or re-download the library, unless you renew. Renewing restores download access, including to any Mockups added since.
3. License Grant
Subject to your full payment and ongoing compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Mockups as described below for your License Tier.
3.1 Personal / Single Brand
For a single individual or a single brand, shop, or business entity. You may:
- Insert Your Artwork into the Mockups to create unlimited End Products.
- Use End Products for commercial and non-commercial purposes under one brand, shop, or business — including product listings, marketing, social media, portfolios, and printed materials.
- Sell products that feature your own End Products (for example, wallpaper, fabric, or surface designs you produce and sell).
This tier does not permit creating End Products for other brands, clients, or third parties.
3.2 Professional / Multi-brand
For studios, agencies, freelancers, and creators who work with more than one brand or client. Includes everything in the Personal / Single Brand tier, and additionally you may:
- Use the Mockups to create End Products for multiple brands, shops, or clients.
- Deliver End Products to clients as part of your services.
The license remains tied to you (or your organization) as the license holder. Providing services to clients does not grant those clients any license to the Mockups themselves.
4. Restrictions
Regardless of License Tier, you may not:
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, lend, or give away the Mockups (the PSD/source files), in whole or in part, whether modified or not.
- Share your Mockup Library access, account credentials, or downloaded files with anyone outside your license (for the Professional tier, use is limited to you or employees of your organization).
- Use the Mockups to create, or contribute to, any product that competes with 1001mockups — including mockup templates, mockup packs, or mockup generators.
- Distribute the Mockups as-is or as part of a template, digital asset, or downloadable file where the Mockup itself (rather than your End Product) is the value being delivered.
- Represent the Mockups as your own work or claim authorship of them.
- Use the Mockups in any unlawful, defamatory, or infringing manner, or in association with hateful, harmful, or explicit content.
5. Intellectual Property
The Mockups, including all layers, smart objects, scenes, and underlying files, are the intellectual property of 1001mockups and remain our exclusive property. This Agreement grants a license only and does not transfer any ownership of the Mockups to you.
You retain all rights to Your Artwork and to the creative combination that forms your End Products.
6. Term and Termination
Your download access to the library runs for your 12-month access period and renews only if you choose to renew. Your license to use Mockups you have already downloaded is perpetual and continues indefinitely under your License Tier, unless terminated for breach. We may terminate this license if you materially breach it. Upon termination for breach, you must stop using and delete all copies of the Mockups. End Products lawfully created before termination may continue to be used, except where the breach relates to the End Products themselves.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Mockups are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Mockups will meet your requirements or be compatible with any particular software version other than as stated on the product page.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1001mockups shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Mockups. Our total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION / COUNTRY], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [JURISDICTION].
10. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Continued use of the Mockups after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for future use.
